What you will do

• Lead the production of creative assets including film, photography, animation, and social content.
• Manage the entire production lifecycle from concept and budgeting through post-production and delivery.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to ensure strategic alignment with business goals.
• Develop and manage production budgets to ensure optimal resource allocation and financial efficiency.
• Establish scalable workflows and processes to maintain high creative standards across all channels.
• Analyze creative efficacy post-launch to gather insights and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in creative production with leadership in cross-channel projects.
• Must be based in or able to commute to the Mountain View, CA office.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Deep understanding of production workflows across digital, motion, and traditional media.
• Strong budget and resource management skills.
• Proficiency in creative project management tools like Asana, Wrike, or Monday.com.
