Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 USD

What you will do
- Lead, develop, and scale a high-performing demand generation and field marketing team.
- Own marketing-sourced and influenced pipeline targets, velocity, and conversion metrics.
- Partner with Sales leadership to align revenue marketing priorities with company growth objectives.
- Execute multi-channel demand generation strategies including webinars, content, paid media, and ABM.
- Implement lead nurturing programs and monitor campaign performance to drive data-informed insights.
- Manage demand generation investment strategy, budget planning, and ROI analysis.
Requirements
- 6-8 years of B2B demand generation/revenue marketing experience in a SaaS environment.
- Minimum 2 years of people leadership experience.
- Demonstrated understanding of the MarTech landscape and ability to implement new tools.
- Strong project management skills and experience creating content for various marketing channels.
- Data-driven mindset with a commitment to experimentation and optimization.
- Must be based in the US.
