What you will do

  • Lead, develop, and scale a high-performing demand generation and field marketing team.
  • Own marketing-sourced and influenced pipeline targets, velocity, and conversion metrics.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to align revenue marketing priorities with company growth objectives.
  • Execute multi-channel demand generation strategies including webinars, content, paid media, and ABM.
  • Implement lead nurturing programs and monitor campaign performance to drive data-informed insights.
  • Manage demand generation investment strategy, budget planning, and ROI analysis.

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of B2B demand generation/revenue marketing experience in a SaaS environment.
  • Minimum 2 years of people leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the MarTech landscape and ability to implement new tools.
  • Strong project management skills and experience creating content for various marketing channels.
  • Data-driven mindset with a commitment to experimentation and optimization.
  • Must be based in the US.

Nice to have

  • Experience with AI tools to elevate campaign quality and performance.
  • Strong entrepreneurial skills and ability to pivot strategies based on results.
