What you will do

  • Plan and execute regional field programs, including executive dinners, roadshows, and user group events.
  • Design and manage the annual customer field program calendar and end-to-end execution of Customer Advisory Board (CAB) meetings.
  • Track and report program outcomes, including meetings booked, pipeline created, and expansion opportunities via Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with brand, design, and campaign teams to ensure event materials align with messaging standards.
  • Manage all event logistics, including venue sourcing, vendor coordination, and attendee recruitment.

Requirements

  • 6-9 years of B2B field marketing experience, preferably in cybersecurity, infrastructure, or enterprise SaaS.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Proven ability to build repeatable field program frameworks with measurable pipeline and expansion outcomes.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce for campaign tracking and marketing automation platforms like Pardot or HubSpot.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% for event execution and customer programs.
  • Direct experience owning customer-facing programs such as CABs or roadshows at a senior level.

Nice to have

  • Experience with event-specific ABM tactics like tiered gifting and personalized invitations for named accounts.
  • Deep understanding of the CISO buyer and the enterprise security sales cycle.
  • Track record of running executive dinner or roundtable programs with measurable outcomes.
