What you will do
- Plan and execute regional field programs, including executive dinners, roadshows, and user group events.
- Design and manage the annual customer field program calendar and end-to-end execution of Customer Advisory Board (CAB) meetings.
- Track and report program outcomes, including meetings booked, pipeline created, and expansion opportunities via Salesforce.
- Collaborate with brand, design, and campaign teams to ensure event materials align with messaging standards.
- Manage all event logistics, including venue sourcing, vendor coordination, and attendee recruitment.
Requirements
- 6-9 years of B2B field marketing experience, preferably in cybersecurity, infrastructure, or enterprise SaaS.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Proven ability to build repeatable field program frameworks with measurable pipeline and expansion outcomes.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce for campaign tracking and marketing automation platforms like Pardot or HubSpot.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% for event execution and customer programs.
- Direct experience owning customer-facing programs such as CABs or roadshows at a senior level.
Nice to have
- Experience with event-specific ABM tactics like tiered gifting and personalized invitations for named accounts.
- Deep understanding of the CISO buyer and the enterprise security sales cycle.
- Track record of running executive dinner or roundtable programs with measurable outcomes.
