What you will do
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets through new business and account expansion.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to product demonstrations and closing.
- Generate and qualify pipeline to ensure consistent quota attainment.
- Partner cross-functionally with BDRs, Solution Engineering, and Implementation teams.
- Maintain and grow a robust client database within the assigned territory.
- Report on key performance metrics including pipeline generation, ACV, and forecast accuracy.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales.
- Proven track record of successfully achieving assigned sales quotas.
- Experience selling complex business applications and navigating multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
