What you will do
- Own and exceed targets for customer acquisition and revenue within the Turner Accelerated Payment Program.
- Manage complex, full-cycle sales processes with large-scale enterprise businesses.
- Strategically sell and integrate payment solutions into subcontractor core workflows.
- Build and maintain relationships with Turner Construction stakeholders to drive program access and referrals.
- Provide tailored capital planning presentations and guidance to construction professionals.
- Track pipeline and KPIs using Salesforce to deliver actionable insights to leadership.
Requirements
- 8+ years of full-cycle sales experience in financial services or construction technology.
- Proven track record of exceeding quota in complex, consultative sales environments.
- Ability to influence multiple stakeholders ranging from project managers to C-suite executives.
- Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to simplify financial concepts.
- Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce and digital communication platforms.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
