What you will do

• Design and implement out-of-the-box onboarding solutions for sophisticated investors.
• Manage the entire project lifecycle and proactively communicate status to senior leadership.
• Execute historical data conversions from start to finish using best practice methodologies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Partnership teams to unlock value for clients.
• Develop scalable processes and templates to minimize project duration and effort.
• Lead delivery assurance for external third-party engagements.

Requirements

• Professional experience in Project Management, Financial Services, or Consulting.
• Legal authorization to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• Superior communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills for client training and communication.
• Understanding of data conversion methodologies and source systems.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Nice to have

• Experience in investment management software implementations.
• Proficiency in programming or scripting, specifically Python.
• Experience working with Salesforce.
