What you will do

• Lead integrated marketing programs spanning awareness, engagement, pipeline creation, and customer expansion.
• Develop and execute the ABM strategy in collaboration with Sales to identify and engage high-value target accounts.
• Manage customer lifecycle marketing programs to drive retention, advocacy, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities.
• Oversee global event strategy, including industry conferences, webinars, and roadshows to drive pipeline growth.
• Leverage AI technologies to improve audience targeting, campaign personalization, and conversion optimization.
• Lead and mentor a global demand generation team, establishing KPIs and operational rhythms.

Requirements

• 10+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, preferably within the cybersecurity industry.
• Proven track record of exceeding pipeline and bookings targets in high-growth SaaS organizations.
• Expertise in lead acquisition, ABM, digital marketing, partner marketing, and event marketing.
• Strong proficiency in marketing operations, attribution, forecasting, and analytics.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Baltimore, Maryland, USA
