What you will do

• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks across clinical, pharmacy, tech, and logistics teams.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of initiatives, ensuring they remain on time, on budget, and within scope.
• Introduce pragmatic project management methodologies like Agile to maintain momentum without excessive process.
• Build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful adoption of new ways of working.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement principles to optimize internal operations.
• Develop delivery best practices to support the wider team as the business scales.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as an Implementation & Change Lead or similar role in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Proven track record of bringing order to chaos and managing ambiguous, complex situations.
• Strong grasp of Agile and hybrid delivery models with a pragmatic, hands-on approach.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and win over skeptics.
• Experience working with diverse teams including clinicians, engineers, and commercial departments.
• Proficiency with delivery tools such as Jira, Notion, and Confluence.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthtech, medtech, SaaS, or other highly regulated industries.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Lean Six Sigma.
