What you will do

• Act as the senior technical authority for all Managed IT services.
• Provide hands-on leadership while remaining involved in engineering and troubleshooting.
• Mentor and support engineers to drive technical consistency and best practices.
• Serve as the final escalation point for complex infrastructure and platform issues.
• Lead major incident investigations, root cause analysis, and remediation activities.
• Collaborate with Operations, Cloud, and Security teams to enhance service quality.

Requirements

• Must have 7+ years of experience within an MSP or Managed Services environment.
• Proven experience in a senior technical leadership position.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Hybrid Identity.
• Proficiency in Windows Server, Intune, and networking fundamentals.
• Experience delivering technical improvements and transformation projects.
• Must be able to work on-site in Meppershall, UK, 3 days per week.
