TL;DR
Systems Administrator (MSP): Providing advanced remote support and technical leadership for diverse, multi-tenant client environments with an accent on Windows Server, M365, and network infrastructure. Location: Remote/Hybrid (Must be available for 11 AM to 8 PM EST shift)

What you will do
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and resolve escalated customer incidents across server, workstation, and network environments.
- Manage and support multi-tenant infrastructure including Active Directory, Azure AD, M365, and Intune.
- Communicate effectively with clients to manage expectations and provide clear status updates during the resolution process.
- Develop and implement client standards based on best practices to improve environment stability and security.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other engineers while collaborating on service delivery improvements.
- Conduct root-cause analysis and participate in proactive security and change management activities.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in IT support or operations, specifically within an MSP or multi-tenant environment.
- Deep expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra, M365, and SharePoint.
- Strong networking knowledge including Layer 2/3, VLANs, DHCP/DNS, and VPNs.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.
- Must be available to work the 11 AM to 8 PM EST shift, Monday through Friday.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer-service orientation.
Nice to have
- CompTIA Network+ or A+ certifications.
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator (AZ-104) or Microsoft 365 Administrator (MS-102).
- ITIL v4 Foundation certification.
