What you will do

• Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant infrastructure solutions across Azure and on-premises environments.
• Lead and mentor a team of infrastructure engineers to foster professional growth and operational excellence.
• Manage complex enterprise storage (NetApp/EMC) and backup platforms (Commvault).
• Automate routine infrastructure processes using scripting (Python/Bash/PowerShell) and IaC tools like Terraform and Ansible.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity and architecture teams to ensure system compliance, security, and performance optimization.
• Evaluate emerging technologies including AI/ML infrastructure support and containerization.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US, with a preference for Cleveland or Pittsburgh.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in infrastructure engineering, including 2+ years in a leadership or senior technical role.
• Deep expertise in enterprise storage, backup, compute (VMware/Hyper-V), and Azure cloud platforms.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise networking (Cisco, Arista, Fortinet, SD-WAN).
• Proficiency in automation and IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell).

Nice to have

• Certifications: CCNP, AWS Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Administrator/Expert, or VMware VCP.
• Experience with AWS or GCP.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and ServiceNow.
