What you will do

• Act as the strategic owner of the M365 platform, aligning roadmaps with business priorities.
• Define and maintain governance standards for Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange Online.
• Implement security measures including PIM and Role Based Access Control (RBAC).
• Partner with Security teams to implement retention policies and sensitivity labeling.
• Lead adoption strategies for Copilot, Teams, and Outlook.
• Collaborate with the AI team to enable in-house LLMs to work with documents within M365.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Information Technology.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on M365 administration (including 3 years for 500+ users).
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Entra ID.
• Ability to lawfully access information and technology subject to US export controls.
• Strong communication, written, and customer service skills.

Nice to have

• PowerShell automation experience at scale.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Purview, Defender for Office 365, Power Platform, and Microsoft Graph.
• Microsoft certifications in M365 or Identity.
