What you will do

• Drive the strategy and architecture for high-leverage ML systems powering notifications.
• Design and implement content discovery algorithms to improve personalization.
• Enhance core recommendation capabilities including candidate retrieval and ranking models.
• Deploy state-of-the-art ML models and integrate LLMs into production pipelines.
• Collaborate with Product, Infrastructure, and DS teams to solve complex technical challenges.
• Serve as the primary ML domain expert and technical leader for the team.

Requirements

• 8+ years of industry experience in large-scale recommendation systems.
• Strong experience building and deploying ML models using PyTorch or Tensorflow.
• Proficiency in object-oriented programming with Python or Golang.
• Experience working with LLMs in production environments.
• Must be based in the United States.
