What you will do

• Define and drive ML strategy across multiple product areas while actively contributing to implementation.
• Design, build, and scale production ML systems, pipelines, and services.
• Establish standards for model architecture, evaluation, deployment, and lifecycle management.
• Develop complex ML solutions, including multi-agent systems and RAG architectures.
• Drive enterprise MLOps strategy, covering deployment, monitoring, and model governance.
• Mentor senior engineers and influence technical direction across teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• 10+ years of experience building and deploying machine learning systems at scale.
• Strong expertise in ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost) and Python.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and big data ecosystems.
• Deep understanding of MLOps and production ML system design.
• Experience working with AI governance guidelines and industry compliance requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience with Golang.
• Experience building data pipelines using Airflow.
