What you will do

• Define and drive ML strategy across multiple product domains while contributing to hands-on implementation.
• Design, build, and scale production ML systems, pipelines, and services.
• Establish standards for model architecture, evaluation, deployment, and lifecycle management.
• Lead the development of complex ML solutions and drive enterprise MLOps strategy, including monitoring and governance.
• Implement scalable feature engineering and data pipeline strategies using tools like Airflow.
• Mentor senior engineers and influence the technical direction across teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience building and deploying machine learning systems at scale.
• Strong expertise in ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost) and distributed systems.
• Extensive programming experience in Python.
• Experience developing multi-agent systems and RAG architectures.
• Deep understanding of MLOps, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and big data ecosystems.
• Must be based in the USA.
