What you will do

• Define and lead the technical vision for next-generation Agentic Assist and enterprise AI Agents.
• Architect scalable, production-grade LLM systems integrating reasoning, retrieval, planning, and tool use.
• Design multi-agent orchestration frameworks combining RAG, domain-adapted models, and automated actions.
• Own evaluation strategies including offline benchmarking, online experimentation, and LLM-as-a-judge methodologies.
• Proactively identify and mitigate failure modes such as hallucinations, tool misuse, and context drift.
• Influence cross-team architecture decisions and mentor senior engineers to raise the technical bar.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master’s or Ph.D. preferred).
• 7+ years of experience building and deploying machine learning systems in production.
• Deep hands-on experience with LLMs at scale and transformer-based models.
• Proven expertise in architecting complex agentic or multi-step LLM workflows and RAG pipelines.
• Strong systems thinking with experience in scalability, latency constraints, and cost efficiency.
• Proficiency in modern ML frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face.
