TL;DR

Location: Remote (Must be based in a US state where hirify.global has a registered entity)

Salary: $292,000 — $365,000 USD

What you will do

  • Fine-tune state-of-the-art LLMs for diverse use cases and optimize them for high-performance deployment.
  • Design and develop AI products including AI Assistants, autonomous agents, and travel planning tools.
  • Create a multi-year technical roadmap to keep the company at the leading edge of the AI landscape.
  • Evaluate and refine foundational models to ensure maximum performance and efficiency.
  • Drive key AI architectural decisions and contribute to the overall ML platform strategy.

Requirements

  • PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
  • 10+ years of experience developing ML models and products at scale from inception to business impact.
  • Proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with PyTorch.
  • Proven record of training, fine-tuning, and optimizing model inference run-time.
  • Expertise in post-training (data processing, LLM alignment, RLHF) or runtime optimizations (quantization, GPU inference).
  • Must reside in a US state where hirify.global, Inc. has a registered entity.

Nice to have

  • Publications at peer-reviewed AI conferences (e.g., NeurIPS, CVPR, ICML, ICLR).
  • Experience with AI technologies specifically applied to Customer Support Systems.
  • Expertise in the entire AI product lifecycle following agile practices in Applied AI/ML.
  • Strong infrastructure acumen for deploying and scaling business-critical AI services.
