Supplier Manager (Electronics)

Location: Onsite in San Jose, CA, US

Salary: $144,375–$216,563 per year

What you will do

• Manage assigned suppliers and commodity supply bases to ensure on-time delivery and cost-effectiveness.
• Lead Sourcing Teams to drive supplier selection and contractual compliance.
• Negotiate Long Term Supply Agreements (LTSA) and NPI agreements.
• Monitor supplier financial health and performance using the QLTCS measurement process.
• Drive continuous cost and lead time reduction programs.
• Participate in supplier quality audits and ensure closure of findings.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology under US Export Administration Regulations.
• Must be able to work onsite in San Jose, CA.
• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in supplier management within a high-tech manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record in complex negotiations and developing long-term business relationships.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; SAP knowledge is a plus.

• MBA degree.
• Experience in the electronics industry.
• Deep understanding of technology-related supply chains.
