What you will do

• Greet employees, candidates, and guests while managing the front desk experience.
• Coordinate building security, mail, deliveries, and office vendor relationships.
• Manage daily office needs including meal coordination and supply stocking.
• Partner with the Employee Experience team on onboarding and event planning.
• Troubleshoot day-to-day office issues to ensure a smooth work environment.
• Support recruiting efforts by facilitating candidate arrivals and interview logistics.

Requirements

• Must be based in New York City and able to work on-site daily.
• Professional and friendly communication skills for a highly visible role.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance structure and flexibility.
• Physical ability to lift up to 35 lbs and remain on your feet throughout the day.
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong follow-through on operational tasks.
