Salary: $85,000 – $105,000 yearly

What you will do

• Provide dedicated, white-glove technology support to senior executives and their assistants.
• Proactively manage and monitor executive technology environments to prevent disruptions.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across hardware, operating systems, mobile devices, and networking.
• Support executive meetings, events, and live collaboration sessions, including on-site A/V assistance.
• Maintain accurate documentation and lifecycle management for executive devices.
• Coordinate effectively with engineering, workplace, and vendor teams to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive IT support experience, specifically in executive or senior leadership environments.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Windows and macOS endpoint environments.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365, Slack, and Zoom.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot mobile devices, MDM environments, and A/V conferencing systems.
• Exceptional discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
• Willingness to provide after-hours support and limited travel as required.
