TL;DR

IT Support Specialist (IT): Providing corporate IT support and systems administration for internal workforce with an accent on helpdesk operations, access management, and SaaS administration. What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate IT support via Zendesk, Slack, and email.
  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 troubleshooting for hardware, software, and SaaS applications.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of user accounts across Google Workspace, Slack, and Rippling.
  • Enforce IT security policies and assist in audit preparation for HIPAA and HITRUST compliance.
  • Coordinate hardware procurement, configuration, and inventory management for corporate devices.
  • Monitor system health and assist in automating IT workflows.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Atlanta, GA, Menlo Park, CA, or San Francisco, CA
  • Associate's degree or equivalent technical training in IT or Computer Science.
  • 2+ years of experience in corporate IT support or systems administration.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Workspace administration.
  • Working knowledge of macOS endpoint environments.
  • Understanding of IT security best practices and data privacy principles.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Iru (Kandji), Zendesk, Rippling, or Slack administration.
  • Familiarity with scripting or automation (Google Apps Script, Python).
  • Experience supporting compliance frameworks like HITRUST, SOC 2, or HIPAA.
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Google Workspace Administrator.
