Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in retail management.
• Proven track record of driving sales and operational excellence.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop teams.
• Deep understanding of luxury retail standards and customer expectations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
