TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Toronto, Canada

Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 CAD

What you will do

  • Resolve regional help desk tickets and ensure adherence to service level agreements.
  • Manage IT systems disaster recovery and maintain daily backup logs.
  • Deploy and maintain employee workstation hardware and hotel Wi-Fi equipment.
  • Monitor anti-virus logs and resolve security issues using enterprise consoles.
  • Maintain equipment and software inventory while ensuring PCI compliance.
  • Participate in 24/7 after-hours on-call support for the regional team.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Toronto, Canada
  • University degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in system administration and networking.
  • A+ Certification and Microsoft Certified System Engineer (or equivalent).
  • Cisco certification or equivalent networking experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in hotel operations.
  • Prior supervisory and training experience.
