What you will do

• Build, maintain, and optimize cloud and server infrastructure supporting millions of plan members.
• Monitor infrastructure alerts, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain SLA commitments.
• Perform server patching and OS upgrades to keep systems secure and up to date.
• Participate in disaster recovery planning and execution to ensure business continuity.
• Support software deployment activities and help teams release solutions safely into production.
• Handle technical requests via ticket queue, provide guidance to clients and internal users, and maintain clear technical documentation and CMDB records.

Requirements

• Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent education and hands-on experience.
• 3–5 years of infrastructure engineering experience, including ticketing systems.
• Strong proficiency with Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Solid skills in PowerShell and scripting languages.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, solve problems analytically, and provide customer-oriented support.
