What you will do

• Prepare and cook pizza according to established recipes, quality standards, and presentation requirements.
• Manage workstation mise en place, including cleaning, organizing, and maintaining tools and equipment.
• Ensure all food preparation complies with HACCP guidelines and food safety regulations.
• Monitor food quality, portion sizes, and inventory to minimize waste.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team and service staff to ensure prompt and high-quality guest service.
• Maintain kitchen logs and report maintenance or safety issues to management immediately.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen preferred.
• Strong knowledge of dough management, pizza cooking, and topping preparation.
• Basic Japanese communication skills preferred.
• Basic English communication skills preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical kitchen tasks for the duration of a shift.
