What you will do

• Supervise, train, and inspect the performance of assigned kitchen staff to ensure Hotel Standards are met.
• Manage opening duties, including workstation setup, mise en place, and equipment inspection.
• Coordinate with the Chef de Cuisine and Sous Chef to review assignments and anticipated business levels.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization across the line and workstations.
• Ensure strict compliance with state sanitation and health regulations.
• Run daily reports and document pertinent information in logbooks.

Requirements

• 2 years experience as Chef de Partie at a 5-star hotel or similar standard restaurant.
• Valid food handling certificate.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Capacity to work effectively under pressure to meet production schedules.
• Strong attention to detail, speed, and accuracy in execution.

Nice to have

• High school diploma or equivalent vocational training certificate.
• Certification of culinary training or apprenticeship.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Sanitation certificate.
