Location: Onsite in Tokyo, Japan

Salary: JPY 250,000 – 350,000 per month

What you will do

  • Work within the Culinary Team at the Tokyo Ginza Bar & Dolci.
  • Prepare dishes based on the recipes of 3-star Michelin Chef Nico Romito.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation in a luxury setting.
  • Operate on a shift basis (8 hours per day).

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Western cuisine.
  • Native or near-native level of Japanese.

Nice to have

  • Experience in Ristorante or Trattoria.
  • Previous experience working in hotels.
