Location: Onsite in Tokyo, Japan
Salary: JPY 250,000 – 350,000 per month

What you will do
- Work within the Culinary Team at the Tokyo Ginza Bar & Dolci.
- Prepare dishes based on the recipes of 3-star Michelin Chef Nico Romito.
- Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation in a luxury setting.
- Operate on a shift basis (8 hours per day).
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Western cuisine.
- Native or near-native level of Japanese.
Nice to have
- Experience in Ristorante or Trattoria.
- Previous experience working in hotels.
