What you will do

• Supervise and coordinate all spa activities, including salon, skin care, reservations, and reception services.
• Manage budgets, operating statements, and payroll reports to meet or exceed financial goals.
• Oversee supplies and equipment inventories to ensure employees have necessary tools and uniforms.
• Maintain the cleanliness and high standards of the spa, locker rooms, and related areas.
• Interact with guests to handle complaints and obtain feedback for continuous service improvement.
• Assume the responsibilities of the Spa Director during their absence.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in spa, guest services, or a related professional area.
• Ability to comprehend and manage departmental budgets and financial reports.
