What you will do

• Prospect, qualify, and grow sales activities from lead generation to close in an assigned territory.
• Develop marketing presentations and solution-based proposals tailored to customer needs.
• Manage a consistent sales pipeline through CRM and provide reliable revenue forecasts.
• Analyze competitor products, rates, and industry trends to overcome customer objections.
• Collaborate with internal departments to create compelling media solutions for advertisers.
• Own the entire sales and retention cycle for both print and digital campaigns.

Requirements

• Proven track record of success in driving revenue and closing deals.
• Solid experience with SEO/SEM advertising sales and account management.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Must be based in or near Scranton, PA, with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must be willing to submit to and pass a pre-employment background check and MVR.
