Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 1-2 years of experience in Accounting or 401(k) Recordkeeping
• Bachelor's Degree
• Strong aptitude for working with numbers and basic reconciliation skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, independent, and team-oriented environment
