What you will do

• Define and implement a robust fraud strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate fraud risks using advanced analytics and AI/ML models.
• Optimize fraud detection systems and operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual reviews.
• Act as a thought leader on fraud awareness, threat detection, and incident response.
• Collaborate with engineering, infosec, and compliance departments to ensure effective execution of fraud initiatives.
• Track fraud performance using KPIs and dashboards to measure strategy effectiveness.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in fraud strategies and operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong background in banking or financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Economics; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Deep understanding of fraud prevention techniques, tools, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive decision-making through data.
• Must be able to work onsite in Dallas, TX.
