What you will do

• Generate, review, and send invoices for ancillary services accurately and according to billing schedules.
• Perform detailed reconciliations of payments activity and assigned general ledger accounts.
• Manage the end-to-end payment processing transaction lifecycle and account for POS terminal inventory.
• Execute month-end close tasks and prepare necessary journal entries.
• Support external auditors by providing documentation and explanations related to revenue recognition.
• Develop and maintain documentation for payment processes and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of proven experience in corporate accounting.
• Must be based in the US for periodic travel to corporate offices.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
