What you will do

  • Develop differentiated positioning and value propositions for Blue Ops’ USV platforms and maritime capabilities
  • Translate technical product features into mission-relevant benefits for defense, security, and government customers
  • Run ongoing market assessments, including customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape
  • Partner with product line managers to define and execute go-to-market strategies, supporting launches and campaign execution
  • Collaborate with Red Cat marketing on integrated campaigns across digital, PR, and social media; create sales enablement materials
  • Plan and execute industry events, demonstrations, and customer engagements; represent Blue Ops in customer-facing settings

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in robotics, autonomous systems, defense, or security
  • Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling messaging and campaigns
  • Experience supporting go-to-market initiatives and cross-functional product launches
  • Strong analytical skills with market research and competitive analysis experience
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with customer-facing confidence
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

  • Role requires frequent computer use for documentation, communication, and coordination
  • Physical requirements include walking/standing in indoor and outdoor facilities and lifting/carrying up to 25 lbs regularly
