What you will do
- Develop differentiated positioning and value propositions for Blue Ops’ USV platforms and maritime capabilities
- Translate technical product features into mission-relevant benefits for defense, security, and government customers
- Run ongoing market assessments, including customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape
- Partner with product line managers to define and execute go-to-market strategies, supporting launches and campaign execution
- Collaborate with Red Cat marketing on integrated campaigns across digital, PR, and social media; create sales enablement materials
- Plan and execute industry events, demonstrations, and customer engagements; represent Blue Ops in customer-facing settings
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in robotics, autonomous systems, defense, or security
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling messaging and campaigns
- Experience supporting go-to-market initiatives and cross-functional product launches
- Strong analytical skills with market research and competitive analysis experience
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with customer-facing confidence
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
