What you will do

  • Own end-to-end commercialization strategy, including tier structure, add-on strategy, and pricing/packaging recommendations.
  • Define and maintain segment-specific positioning and shift messaging from feature lists to workflow-aligned value stories.
  • Translate product capabilities into concrete client workflows; work inside the product to identify workflow gaps and positioning opportunities.
  • Build sales and customer success enablement tied to revenue outcomes (talk tracks, competitive positioning, objection handling, deal-stage playbooks).
  • Develop market intelligence and segmentation using pipeline feedback, win/loss insights, and message resonance metrics.
  • Use AI-powered tools to automate repetitive marketing work while maintaining quality and speed.

Requirements

  • Location: Fully remote within Canada or the US; eligibility to live and work in Canada or the US is required.
  • ~10 years of total experience, with the majority as a Senior Individual Contributor in product marketing and the last 1–2 years at the Director level.
  • Proven B2B SaaS and startup experience in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
  • Demonstrated ownership of pricing and packaging strategy (tier design and add-on architecture).
  • Track record building sales enablement programs that improved pipeline conversion or revenue outcomes.
  • Hands-on comfort with technical products and demonstrated use of AI-powered tools for high-leverage execution.
