What you will do

• Design and operate AI-powered marketing systems and workflows to produce high-quality content at scale.
• Manage positioning and messaging across all product surfaces, including the website, persona pages, and blogs.
• Lead end-to-end product launches across channels such as email, social, and sales enablement.
• Build a library of customer stories by identifying strategic accounts and conducting interviews.
• Sharpen competitive narratives and equip sales teams with battlecards and objection-handling materials.
• Collaborate with GTM teams to provide necessary assets and talk tracks to drive deal wins.

Requirements

• High editorial bar with a portfolio demonstrating clarity, voice, and judgment across various formats.
• Fluency with modern AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) and experience designing AI workflows.
• Ability to partner with engineers to build internal automation and prompts.
• Strong video production skills for creating demos and customer-facing walkthroughs.
• Proven track record in product marketing fundamentals: positioning, launch, and enablement.
• Must be based in Sydney for hybrid collaboration.
