What you will do

• Partner with People leadership to formulate and deliver strategic people strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Act as a trusted advisor on human capital planning, talent management, and workforce development.
• Resolve employee relations issues and investigate complaints to ensure fair policy application.
• Develop strategies for talent acquisition, retention, and career development plans.
• Design and implement performance management processes, including goal-setting and evaluations.
• Manage organizational change initiatives and design communication strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive People experience, specifically in business partnering.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
• Experience in change management and ability to adapt to a dynamic landscape.
• Proficiency in relevant HR technologies.
