Location: Hybrid; must be based in Menlo Park, CA or Bellevue, WA (in-office attendance required three days per week).

Salary: $154,000 – $202,600

What you will do

• Serve as a trusted advisor to Engineering leadership, providing data-driven counsel on organizational and talent decisions.
• Translate business priorities into integrated people strategies covering workforce planning, talent management, and leadership development.
• Lead high-impact initiatives including organizational design, talent assessment, and succession planning.
• Coach Engineering leaders to elevate leadership effectiveness and organizational health.
• Partner with People Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions tailored to technical teams.
• Apply AI capabilities and data insights to improve decision-making and evolve People practices.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive HR/People experience, including direct support of VP+ leaders.
• Strong experience partnering with Engineering organizations and understanding technical talent operating models.
• Proven success in fast-paced, high-growth technology environments.
• Experience leading organizational design and talent strategy initiatives.
• Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments with strong executive presence.
• Must be based in or able to work from Menlo Park, CA or Bellevue, WA.
