HR Business Partner (HRBP): Provide dedicated HR partnership to General & Administrative (G&A) business units, advising leaders on people matters and implementing corporate HR policies with an accent on organizational design, talent management, and workforce planning. Focus on driving core HR programs using HR metrics and AI-enabled tools to improve organizational health, succession bench strength, and employee development outcomes.
Location: USA - Austin, TX
Salary: $86,000 - $135,000 per year

What you will do
- Serve as the dedicated HR liaison and business partner for G&A business units.
- Consult business leaders on business transformation people impact, change management, and organizational design/effectiveness.
- Lead talent management and development plans, including succession planning and leadership development activities.
- Use HR metrics to analyze organizational health, optimization, diversification, operational efficiency, and improvement opportunities.
- Drive core HR programs (e.g., Total Rewards/Merit & Equity Planning, performance management, employee engagement surveys, talent identification).
- Partner with Business Operations, Finance, and Talent Acquisition on annual operating plan development and workforce strategy execution; travel regionally as needed (<10%).
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant HR experience supporting General & Administrative (G&A) functions.
- Experience supporting multinational organizations with VP-level internal customers.
- Strong business acumen and ability to resolve complex organizational issues using sound judgment.
- Ability to build and maintain strong cross-functional working relationships and provide coaching to leadership.
- Knowledge of compliance and administrative requirements supporting a non-exempt inside sales and sales development organization.
- Proficiency with HR reporting tools; Workday, Google Workspace, Excel, and PowerPoint preferred.
