Salary: $90,000–$136,000

What you will do

• Provide HR support to management regarding performance management, talent development, and compensation analysis.
• Collaborate with leaders to address employee issues and provide guidance on HR best practices.
• Support employee development initiatives, including training and career development programs.
• Assist in the implementation of HR programs and policies while ensuring compliance with local employment laws.
• Conduct investigations and resolve employee complaints and conflicts.
• Maintain accurate employee records and generate HR reports.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience with a focus on HR partnering and employee relations.
• Robust knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
• Highly-developed communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with leaders and employees.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and exercise sound judgment.
