What you will do

• Partner with senior leaders across USA and EU operations to execute people strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Provide expert guidance on US federal/state and EU employment regulations to ensure multi-jurisdictional compliance.
• Lead employee relations matters, including performance management, conflict resolution, and workplace investigations.
• Drive talent management initiatives such as succession planning, workforce planning, and organizational design.
• Collaborate with global HR colleagues to implement locally compliant and globally consistent policies and frameworks.
• Utilize HR data and people analytics to identify trends and measure the effectiveness of people initiatives.

Requirements

• Significant experience as an HR Business Partner or senior HR generalist, preferably in high-growth SaaS or tech.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Deep knowledge of US employment law (federal and multi-state) and working knowledge of EU regulations.
• Proven ability to balance strategic leadership partnership with hands-on operational execution.
• Experience managing complex employee relations cases across different cultural and legal contexts.
• Excellent communication skills and cultural adaptability for working across USA and European markets.
