What you will do

• Communicate loan programs, costs, and documentation requirements to borrowers.
• Review and audit income, assets, and credit documentation to ensure loan stability.
• Manage a pipeline of Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Jumbo, and reverse mortgage products.
• Pre-underwrite files including paystubs, W2s, bank statements, and court orders.
• Prepare and deliver mortgage loan disclosure packages to borrowers.
• Ensure loan structures align with the best financial programs for borrower circumstances.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 3-5 years of residential mortgage processing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong knowledge of RESPA guidelines and mortgage/consumer regulations.
• Proficiency in DU, LP, Microsoft Outlook, and Windows.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and time management skills.

Nice to have

• NMLS License under the SAFE Act.
• Experience with Encompass LOS.
• Prior underwriting experience.
