What you will do

• Monitor foreclosure cases to ensure accuracy and timeliness in accordance with federal, state, and investor requirements.
• Maintain and review the foreclosure tracking template daily to manage outstanding steps and deadlines.
• Coordinate with assigned attorneys and trustees via vendor tracking software to resolve delays.
• Verify that attorney fees and foreclosure costs comply with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA, or USDA schedules.
• Review and execute foreclosure sales, ensuring all requirements are met and funds are posted within SLAs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of end-to-end foreclosure experience in the mortgage or banking space.
• Deep understanding of the differences between judicial and non-judicial foreclosure proceedings.
• Full understanding of GSE (FNMA/FHLMC) and Government (GNMA) FHA/VA regulations and guidelines.
• Must be authorized to work in the US and compliant with US state and federal laws.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Strong proficiency in computer software, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
