What you will do

• Manage TA processes including candidate sourcing, recruiting, and the offer process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment metrics using HRIS and ATS tools.
• Administer recruiting vendor accounts such as LinkedIn, Handshake, and Indeed.
• Oversee internship programs, including planning and university engagement.
• Generate actionable insights and reports from ATS data.
• Coordinate candidate scheduling for interviews and panel presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of related experience.
• Advanced experience with ATS systems, preferably Greenhouse.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
• Experience in identifying and implementing TA process improvements.
• Must be based in the United States.
