What you will do

  • Manage the full lifecycle of U.S. visa cases and UK immigration requirements.
  • Design and oversee seamless relocation processes for employees and their families.
  • Build the mobility function from the ground up, including policies, workflows, and documentation.
  • Own the end-to-end contractor lifecycle, ensuring compliance across international jurisdictions.
  • Partner with Legal, Finance, and People teams to support global expansion and navigate regulatory landscapes.
  • Advise business leaders and recruiters on visa eligibility and international hiring arrangements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in People Operations with a focus on mobility.
  • Hands-on experience with UK and/or European immigration and employment compliance.
  • Proven ability to manage contractor populations and classification compliance.
  • Strong vendor management skills, specifically working with immigration counsel.
  • Experience building processes from scratch in a scaling company environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to translate complex requirements into plain language.
