Salary: $145,000 - $205,000 CAD

What you will do

• Own and evolve the global mobility strategy across immigration, remote work, and global assignments.
• Establish globally consistent policies and decision frameworks for cross-border work and permanent transfers.
• Build scalable processes and tooling to support mobility in a remote-first environment.
• Partner with internal Legal and external counsel to ensure compliant and forward-looking programs.
• Advise senior leaders on immigration, mobility, and location decisions.
• Lead vendor strategy and optimize partnerships with immigration counsel and mobility providers.

Requirements

• 10–12+ years of experience in global mobility and immigration.
• Deep expertise in U.S. immigration.
• Experience owning programs in multi-jurisdiction or distributed environments.
• Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate complex regulatory tradeoffs.
• Must be based in Canada.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
