What you will do

• Set up SLS machines accurately for builds and complete machine turnovers according to established procedures.
• Remove builds from machines and prepare them for post-build teams.
• Maintain machine cleanliness and perform light maintenance tasks.
• Handle raw materials and support inventory levels after each production run.
• Assist material management (e.g., blending, powder sieve processes, vat stirs) and dispose of contaminated materials per procedures.
• Troubleshoot build crashes, remove crashed builds, and prepare machines for rebuilds while coordinating with pre- and post-build teams and Maintenance.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Computer aptitude for complex database applications on Windows OS and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and learn new techniques; strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to work while standing up to 75% of the time and lift/move up to 70 pounds.
• Must follow lab safety procedures, including wearing required PPE and completing safety/compliance training.
• Eligibility: only U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents (green card holders), or foreign nationals granted refugee/asylee status; temporary visas (e.g., E, F-1, H-1, H-2, L, B, J, TN, OPT) are not eligible.
