Quality Control Lab Technician

Salary: $17.15 - $22.66 per hour

What you will do

• Inspect and test all incoming raw materials to ensure they meet production standards.
• Conduct design testing for finished products.
• Set up, maintain, and clean laboratory test equipment.
• Input material status and test results into the Oracle computer system.
• Communicate results and manage the processing of non-conforming materials.
• Follow all Quality Control Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to read and write in English for documentation.
• Basic computer skills.
• Physical capability to lift up to 60 lbs, push/pull 100 lbs, and stand for up to 12 hours.
• Ability to work in outdoor environments and handle chemicals.
• Ability to wear required PPE, including respirators (requires clean-shaven face for seal).

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) software.
• Industrial work experience.
• Basic math, critical thinking, and troubleshooting skills.
