Managed Services Technician 4 (Team Lead)

What you will do

• Direct, coach, and mentor team members on work performance, WIP flow, and product quality.
• Coordinate and prioritize work orders to ensure efficient production and delivery.
• Train and cross-train new and existing employees on technical processes.
• Enforce company policies, safety guidelines, and productivity standards within the production area.
• Perform hands-on assembly and test technician tasks when necessary.
• Collaborate with supervisors to resolve workload demands and implement schedule recovery plans.

Requirements

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Location: Must be based in Oregon, United States.
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or R&D environment.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Demonstrated problem-solving and time management skills.
