• Provide first-line service response for automated processes and instrumentation.
• Execute and coordinate routine preventive maintenance for laboratory systems.
• Perform equipment qualifications including IQ, OQ, and PQ.
• Troubleshoot and triage equipment issues, coordinating vendor support as needed.
• Draft and revise documentation related to equipment operation and maintenance.
• Maintain organized spare parts inventory and GDP-compliant service records.

Требования

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or engineering discipline.
• 1+ year of hands-on experience servicing liquid handlers or 2+ years in a technical service role.
• Familiarity with coding basics and flow control logic for automation.
• Understanding of clinical laboratory assays and applications.
• Strong documentation skills and knowledge of Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced clinical laboratory environment.
