Salary: $115,000 - $150,000 USD

What you will do

• Design and build technical eLearning certifications for Solution Engineers, Professional Services, and Channel Sales teams.
• Develop interactive eLearning modules, simulations, and knowledge checks focused on platform configuration and complex integrations.
• Lead the creation of technical validation documents, reference architectures, deployment guides, and demo scripts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and SMEs using AGILE methodologies to align curriculum with business needs.
• Create scalable digital training solutions, tutorials, and job aids for global audiences using multimedia assets.
• Implement robust assessments to measure learner performance and drive iterative improvements based on data.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience designing eLearning and digital training for technical sales audiences.
• Direct experience in a Sales Engineer, Solution Engineer, Professional Services, or similar technical role.
• Deep understanding of the pre-sales cycle, including discovery, technical qualification, and POC execution.
• Ability to articulate complex SaaS platform architectures and integration strategies.
• Proficiency with Articulate 360 (Rise & Storyline), Camtasia, Vyond, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Must be based in or be able to work from the San Mateo, CA headquarters (3x/week onsite).
